Vagmi Travels - Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through
official Vagmi Travels channels (website,
app, or authorized agent).
- Booking is confirmed only after full or
partial advance payment (as applicable) is
received.
- Vagmi Travels reserves the right to reject
or cancel any booking under unforeseen
circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
- Pay 50% in advance for bookings
- Accepted modes of payment include cash,
UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.
- Any additional charges (e.g., toll, parking,
night charges,state tax,driver allowance)
are to be borne by the customer unless
mentioned otherwise.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation charges apply as per the
following structure:
- More than 24 hours before trip: 90% refund
- 12-24 hours before trip: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed
within 7 working days.
4. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Vagmi Travels is not liable for delays due
to traffic, weather, natural disasters, or
mechanical issues.
- Passengers are responsible for their own
belongings. Vagmi Travels is not
responsible for any loss or damage.
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal
substances inside the vehicle is strictly
prohibited.
5. Driver Conduct and Duty
- All drivers are trained and verified. In case
of any misconduct, passengers are
requested to report immediately.
- Driver has the right to deny service in case
of passenger misbehavior, threats, or
unsafe conditions.
6. Vehicle Use
- Vehicle usage is limited to the itinerary
confirmed at the time of booking. Any
additional kilometers or hours will be
charged as per company rate.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by
passenger negligence will be charged to
the customer.
7. Jurisdiction
- Any disputes arising out of services
provided by Vagmi Travels shall be subject
to the jurisdiction of [Ahmedabad] courts
only.
